Cara Brennan Allamano

Cara has deep experience scaling fast-moving, global companies. She was co-founder of PeopleTech Partners, a group of People leaders which brought 150+ startups through their programming to drive growth and adoption. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Lattice (a PeopleTech Partners company) and her prior roles include SVP of People at both Udemy (UDMY) and Planet Labs (PL) as well as serving in HR leadership roles at Pinterest (PIN), Efficient Frontier - now Adobe, Young and Rubicam, and Knight Ridder, among others. She is a leading voice for the People function and a Forbes contributor. Cara graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Kentucky, holds a master's degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, completed graduate studies at Stanford University and is finishing her Master's degree in Leadership and Ethics at the University of Chicago.

Erin Faverty
Co-Founder

Erin is a strategic executive, operator, ecosystem builder, angel investor and startup advisor with 15+ years of experience scaling companies and communities across workforce, healthcare, fintech and beyond. She led go-to-market and customer success functions from pre-revenue through acquisition at Apixio, LeaveLogic, and Origin Financial, and has built high-impact platforms as Operating Partner at PeopleTech Partners and formerly as VP of Platform at SemperVirens Venture Capital. 

Erin also co-founded PeopleTech Invest, an active investment syndicate backing the next generation of workforce innovation (including Lattice, Ashby, and XP Health), and has advised successful startups including Forma and Dock.

Erin graduated cum laude from Willamette University, has a Master's degree from Gonzaga University and completed post-baccalaureate research at the Stanford University Mood and Anxiety Laboratory. Her expertise lies in building systems, networks, and partnerships that drive traction, trust, and growth at scale.
